  • I will include and build functional fitness exercises into your workout. By performing exercises that mimic activities of our daily life, you will become stronger and more able to execute those activities more efficiently and without injury.
  • I will explain methods, principles and reasoning behind every aspect of your program's design and execution so that you will understand what you are doing and why.
  • I will help you with proper form, range of motion, and intensity necessary to achieve the results you want without danger of hurting yourself.
  • We will discuss the proper nutritional components to fuel your body's needs while working out and achieve optimal health and fitness.
  • As you progress I will monitor your improvements and fine-tune your program as needed by making necessary adjustments in order to help you advance to the next level.
