A successful, extensive and multifaceted career in the fitness industry, gives me a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of your body's health and fitness.

I am a Certified Nutritionist, Nutrition Specialist and Personal Fitness Trainer and Lifestyle Fitness Counselor. The many years spent as a dancer and teacher, allow me to bring a keen perspective and understanding of each client's body. Balance and movement are carefully assessed when working with my clients. Because of my specialized education in health and nutrition I can provide you with accurate and scientifically proven information as it pertains to your diet and complete health. And my life experience as a mother, successful businesswoman and accomplished performer gives me the opportunity to demonstrate and communicate positive support and inspiration.

Today, in addition to training my clients in the gyms located in throughout the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley area in CA, I also train and council clients in their homes. I teach jazz dance, jazz aerobics, senior aerobics, stretch and body sculpt classes throughout the Los Angeles area.

I studied dance for 28 years in New York City and Los Angeles. Teaching and choreographing jazz dance continues to be a passion. My monthly fitness and health columns appear in award winning legal newsletters. Also, I publish a monthly newsletter, "Skin & Tone" with internationally well-known Beverly Hills skin care specialist, Judy Ferber.

Working as an actress in television and theatre in New York City, I developed theatre programs teaching acting and dance to inmates of Rikers Island Prison, Women's house of Detention and Phoenix House Rehabilitation Program.

I speak Spanish and French.
